Before we jump into a virtual or gym fitness training class, we want you to schedule your first free session on us. This way we can get to know more about you, your goals and see if we are a great fit for you.
Due to COVID, we've added virtual sessions to our list of services. The virtual training classes meet 3 times a week with up to 15 participants. Meeting details will be provided via email once your first monthly payment has been made.
