I joined Osondu Fit Club over a year ago and I have never looked back. Tony’s workout program is incredible. I’ve lost 40 pounds and 10% body fat – I went from a size 18 to a size 8! Tony works at your pace helping you realize your goals. His workouts are ever changing so you never get bored and you are always challenged. I feel amazing and I have Tony to thank for it. He has given me the tools to succeed. If you are looking for results, this is absolutely the best workout.

I didn’t come to Tony with any specific goals in mind except to get stronger and run faster!!! My results have far exceeded even my greatest expectations!! I’ve lost 22 pounds in 12 weeks!! I’ve lost 14inches overall, set my personal record for a half marathon from 2:26 to 2:17, and toned muscles I never knew I had!!!!! Thanks to lots of hard work and Tony’s guidance I’ve learned valuable physical and nutritional lessons I’ll take with me in the future!!!! Thanks Tony!!!

It took me almost 2 months to lose 10lbs, but sometimes doing things yourself just doesn’t cut it. I met Tony and started with bootcamp 3 days a week. His classes are intense and provide a total body workout with cardio included.  I’ve been with Tony for almost 5 months now and I’m happy to say that I’m 49lbs lighter and down 4 sizes. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication and I’ve got a long way to go to reach my personal goal, but as Tony says “just follow the plan and watch the magic happen”!!!!

I have been working with Toni for a year and my body has changed so much. I have gone from a size 16 to a size 8 and have had so much fun doing so. Every work out is different and he works so close with each person in class to make sure your form is correct. I have worked with other trainers but I truly believe Toni to be the best there is in Baltimore.
