Let certified fitness trainer Tony Osondu challenge your body with an intense 8-week boot camp style fitness program!
Only $250.00 for two months ! Attend unlimited classes . That’s about $6.00 per class.
First time clients can try boot camp for $40 unlimited for 1 week. Or you can drop in and pay $20 per class.

What time are classes?
Early Risers: Mon-Wed-Fri: 6:15am – 7:00am
Mornings: Mon to Fri: 10:00am – 10:45am
Evenings: Mon and Weds 6:30pm – 7:15pm
Tues and Thurs 6:00pm – 6:45pm
Can I still join?
Yes. Your two months session begins on your first day of class.
I’ve never worked out before. Will I be able to keep up?
Yes. You go at your own pace and take breaks as you need them. Tony also gives low-impact alternatives for hard to do exercises. Boot Camp is a great way to jump start your fitness routine and get you motivated!
I’ve been working out for years and consider myself an expert. Would I be challenged at this class?
Yes! Did I say yes loud enough? Tony uses muscle confusion and works out the entire body during each session. The entire workout include strength training with weights, cardio training, and balance/core training. Each session is a little different so you don’t get bored. Boot Camp is a great way to add a little spice to your current routine!
What do I need to bring to class?
You should bring a towel, water, exercise mat, lots of positive attitude/energy and the will to succeed .
You should also remember to eat something light about 2-1 hr before class. The workout is intense and you should not do this work out on an empty stomach. A healthy sandwich, banana w/yogurt, or oatmeal are some examples. You might also want to bring a protein bar with you to eat after class to replenish your energy.
